We will give you a discount of 5% off the daily rate for stays of 11 days or more.
Our guests are pampered with culinary delights each day. Rich breakfast buffet in the morning and a gourmet menu in three courses in the evening.
Depending on individual holiday plans, it is of course possible to cancel breakfast and/or dinner. Deduction from the half-board price only if cancelled the day before:
€ 15,- for breakfast / adult and € 5,- / child.
€ 20,- for the evening meal / adult and € 5,- / child.

We accept cash, bank transfer, EC and debit cards on site.
The final cleaning policy applies to the apartments. This also includes the basic amenities of bed linen, hand and shower towels, bathrobes for adults, sauna towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, cleaning products etc. Free change of linen for stays of 8 nights or more.
Intermediate cleaning or additional linen for a fee.
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel Ortnerhof.
The Ortnerhof is a non-smoking hotel.
There is a separate charge of € 2,- per day and person (from 15 years).
A free car park is available for our guests in front of the hotel. When booking a Stadl Apartment, we will reserve a parking space in the carport for you.
When booking, please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances or if you would like to enjoy only vegetarian delicacies.
For the additional programme and holiday dinner we charge on 24.12. € 12,- per adult and € 9,- per child. On 31.12. it is € 22,- per adult and € 18,- per child.

- there is no cancellation fee applied up to 31 days before arrival.
- 30 – 15 days before arrival we charge 50%,
- 14 – 8 days before arrival 70% and
- from 7 days before arrival or if you do not arrive, 90% of the total package price.
As something unexpected can come up, we always recommend cancellation insurance.
